Alejandro Ibrahim, general manager of Teruel Airport, winner at the ADEA 2025 Awards

The Association of Managers and Executives of Aragon (ADEA) held its 16th Conference and Awards Ceremony on October 30, 2025, at the Zaragoza Auditorium. Representatives from the political, economic, and social spheres of Aragon attended the event.

During the gala, the 2025 ADEA Award for Major Projects was presented to Alejandro Ibrahim, manager of Teruel Airport and director of the Aerospace Cluster. This award recognizes the Teruel airport's track record, acknowledging its growth and job creation in the region, as well as its commitment to innovation and aeronautical sustainability.

The awards presented at the gala recognize the work of executives whose professional activity is carried out in Aragonese companies, highlighting their contribution to the economic, business, and social growth of Aragon.

Before the awards ceremony, speaker Víctor Küppers, a renowned expert in leadership, motivation, and personal development, delivered an inspiring presentation focused on attitude and positive management in business.

The event was closed by the President of Aragon, Jorge Azcón; the Vice President and Minister of the Presidency, Economy and Justice of the Government of Aragon, Mar Vaquero; and Natalia Chueca, Mayor of Zaragoza.

The other awards presented during the gala were as follows:

- The Adea Award for Executive of Aragon went to Benito Tesier, CEO of Brembo Iberia, in recognition of his outstanding professional career and his contribution to the region's business development.
- The Adea Award for Sales and Marketing Management was presented to Diego Chicón, Marketing Director of Eigo.
- The Adea Award for International Promotion went to Carmen Urbano, CEO of Querqus.
- The Adea Award for Entrepreneur was given to Daniel Puértolas, co-founder and CEO of Numéricco.
- The Adea Award for Innovation was presented to Andrés Llombart, CEO of Circe-Centro Tecnológico. 
- The Adea Award for Social Work has been presented to María Cantabrana, president of the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer's Patients (Afedaz).
- The Adea Award for Executive in Huesca has been presented to Juan Antonio Cejalvo, plant manager of Brilen-Novapet.
- The Adea Award for Executive in Teruel has been awarded to Isabel Dobón, CEO of Jamones Albarracín.
- The Adea Lifetime Achievement Award has been presented to Carlos Pascual, president of Grupo Integra.
