Regarding the statement published today by Tarmac Aerosave, Teruel Airport, through its CEO, Alejandro Ibrahim, states the following:

1. Absolute respect for the company's right to resort to legal action, as it did, to resolve the disputes concerning the scope of exclusivity for certain industrial activities.

2. We fully respect the judgment issued by the High Court of Justice of Aragon (TSJA) on March 16, 2026, which dismissed the appeal filed by Tarmac Aerosave. The company argued that the exclusivity it acquired in March 2012 through a public land concession for the maintenance, parking, dismantling, and recycling of commercial aircraft also extends to the new land resulting from the expansion of Teruel Airport, processed through a Project of General Interest (PIGA) approved by the Government of Aragon in March 2023.

3. Now that the TSJA has ruled on the appeal filed by Tarmac Aerosave, Teruel Airport expresses its full willingness to continue collaborating to ensure the long-standing and fruitful relationship maintained over all these years continues, based on the common interest and in recognition of a company that has been intrinsically linked to the success of this infrastructure since its inception. Its beginnings.

4. Teruel Airport is firmly committed to facilitating the continued operation of Tarmac Aerosave at its facilities, based on respect for the new circumstances surrounding Europe's most important industrial airport.
