THE WORK OF ARAGÓN PLATAFORMA LOGÍSTICA HAS BEEN AWARDED BY HERALDO NEWSPAPER

 In the Aragon Logistic Platform is included the Airport of Teruel, PLATA, with a new recognotion of this airport infrastructure

The fourth edition of the awards Aragón en la Red (Aragon in the net) was organised by the newspaper Heraldo de Aragón. They wanted to recognise the different digital projects of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. One of the awards went to the website of Aragón Plataforma Logística (APL, Aragon Logistic Platform) because it was considered the best Public Administration website. APL is a strategic commitment of the Government of Aragon since it is a practical website which can be useful for attracting potential investors and for the companies that might want to set up in one of the three provinces of Aragon.

This platform is composed of different companies, including the Airport of Teruel (PLATA). The privileged location of the Airport represents an important connection between the main economic centres of the country. PLATA is an international aeronautical platform where aircraft maintenance, parking and recycling are developed, as well as executive aviation, flight school, HEMS, general aviation, UAV-RPS and R&D. The Airport of Teruel continues its growth, and it is planned that the number of air operations trebles regarding the previous year.

This award presented by the Heraldo de Aragón is a strong motivation and incentive in order that the development of Aragón Plataforma Logística continues. This website is relatively new since it started in April, and it represents the offer that Aragon has with regard to logistics, such as infrastructures, training, research and services.
