4.- Financial operating conditions: PLATA is owned by a consortium formed by the Government of Aragón and Teruel Town Council. It is not part of AENA. PLATA offers unbeatable financial operating conditions in terms of landing fees, parking fees, hangar rental and sale of industrial land.
5.- Assistance and Incentives: The Government of Aragón offers incentives for new companies to set up operations at PLATA through investing in new activities, hiring and training new staff, assistance with job-creation schemes, R&D and technological innovation activities, etc.
6.- Hangar rental: It may be possible to construct hangars in accordance with the specific needs of clients.
7.- Qualified technical staff: Teruel and its surrounding areas provide a source of available technical staff that are qualified for all kinds of aeronautical activities.
8.- Location: Spain, (Southern Europe), in Teruel, which provides easy access to parts of the country that represent 60% of GDP.
9.- Free airspace: Teruel boasts airspace that is completely open and has no restrictions on the development of any aeronautical activity.
